Have you ever given any thought to your ice cube tray? I’m assuming no, right? It’s probably one of the most overlooked item in your home. Well, let me give you some uses for ice cube trays that will blow your mind.

I have a lot of ice cube trays at home and I really can’t figure out why. I have them in different shapes, sizes and colors, they’re just adorable. Like any normal person does, I use them to make, well, ice cubes. But did you know that there are other uses for ice cube trays? While I was browsing through Pinterest I came across this post about using them as jewelry organizer and my initial thought, brilliant! Herb Ice Cubes

 DIY Pink Sugar Hearts

This would be perfect for Valentine’s Day or tea parties. Aren’t they just adorable?Put sugar on the bowl and put a little water using spoon.  Don’t flood it too much or the sugar will dissolve, water is used to keep the sugar together when you press it.  Add the water gradually until you have good consistency afterwhich you can add few drops of food coloring of your choice until you get the desired hue.  Then scoop it on the tray using spoon and press in on to make sure no space or bubbles beneath it.
